Sara Klymkowsky is a Senior Vice President on the Research & Investments team at Royalty Pharma and a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Committee. Sara collaborates with biotech and pharma companies as well as academic institutions to acquire and structure royalty investments that advance innovation across the life sciences sector. She leads the investment process and has played a key role in more than $12 billion in royalty transactions.

Before joining Royalty Pharma in 2012, she was a member of Goldman's healthcare banking team. Sara studied molecular biology and finance at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
